help please!

I want to use jgap to solve a design problem, which need manual input to set the value of fitness by watching chromosome value, is it possible to manually change the fitness value in method evaluate( Chromosome a_subject )  by using some User Interface? how can i do that?

Well, you could insert a call to display a specific GUI in the
FitnessFunction.evaluate(Chromosome)-method. In the then displayed GUI (you
need to create such GUI of course) the user could enter the fitness value
manually.
